Exchange and Return Policy
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem in an email to email@example.com. In many cases, action in the form of a replacement or refund can be taken as soon you have provided substantiation of the claim.
If the damage or defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. Note, included instructions are available on the for reprint.
For all other cases, the product must be in the original box with the original pieces, packaging, manuals, etc. in an undamaged, clean, shrink-wrapped and brand-new condition.
Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where the product has arrived in a damaged or defective condition and the product is being returned from within the 48 contiguous states. We apologize for any inconvenience to customers who reside in Alaska or Hawaii.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the return package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Under no circumstance do we reimburse (or provide credit) for shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with our Customer Support to determine how the return should be handled prior to returning the product to our Returns Center.
How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Contact Customer Support by sending an email to and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 15 days of receiving the shipment and returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving an RMA.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request and attach any digital images of damaged or defective product.
What the Return Process Usually Entails
1. Print and fill out the return form (usually included in the initial reply to your RMA request).
2. Include RMA along with the return form must be included with the product return to ensure that it is correctly received at our Returns Center.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase depending on the processing time of the bank that issued the funds.
